Employee Benefits Time-based benefits

Salary adjustment based on performance, plus a one-month year-end bonus as per company regulations.
Full-time performance bonuses are awarded based on company performance and individual performance.
The leave provisions are superior to those under the Labor Standards Act. Employees in their first year of full-time service are entitled to a maximum of 10 days of advance leave plus 7 family days.
Employees with 10 years of full-time service are entitled to eight weeks of paid leave.
Regular health check-ups
Restaurant full-time employees are provided with free staff meals and uniforms.

Weekly shift schedule, each shift is at least 4 hours, and you can choose your own shift time according to your needs.
Employees are entitled to comprehensive employee protections (labor insurance, health insurance, and the new labor retirement system) as stipulated by the Labor Standards Act.
Annual leave, sick leave, marriage leave, and maternity leave can be taken or paid in lieu.
Double hourly wage on national holidays / Night shift allowance for night shifts
Students can apply for scholarships or work assignments at their hometown stores during winter and summer vacations.
