I studied computer science in high school, and my parents hoped I would become an engineer. However, my academic performance was just average, and I was also confused about my future. After starting to work, in the process of "being taught" and "teaching others," I discovered that I could take responsibility, be relied upon and trusted by others, and began to feel valuable. I worked as a part-time worker for almost ten years, and it wasn't until I was around twenty-six that I became a full-time employee. Only then did my parents realize that their child's salary working at a fast-food restaurant could be comparable to that of the tech elites they all thought they were.

Despite her youthful and radiant appearance, she is already a restaurant manager recognized across generations, having cultivated talents in various positions. She shares how to utilize McDonald's resources to help colleagues reduce frustration, increase work enthusiasm and a sense of pride, and use her own experience to illuminate her colleagues' McDonald's careers.

Kuo Yi-ting, who joined McDonald's at the age of 16, represented Taiwan at the London Olympic Village. After 18 years, she has now become a capable restaurant manager. She embraces employees from different generations with inclusivity, bridges communication gaps, and fosters a unique culture through mutual support.

Wang Ziting, who joined the McDonald's after graduating from university, is now a full-time waitress with 10 years of experience. She gains a sense of accomplishment and the motivation to keep improving with every interaction with customers.
