She says, "I love McDonald's Smile Learning program; I'm not afraid of not understanding or not being able to learn." Her friendly and consistent approach has made her a popular McDonald's employee among customers and colleagues.

Cao My Tien, from Vietnam, went from being unfamiliar with McDonald's to becoming proficient at operating various workstations. She said, "My colleagues are very patient, and even when I make mistakes, they help me complete my work smoothly." Her hard work and dedication have made her an indispensable member of the restaurant.

Shi Meimei is from Myanmar. She was initially unfamiliar with working at McDonald's, but with the support of her colleagues, she gradually became familiar with the processes and steadily improved.
